EFCC arrests Jonathan's spokesman, Reuben Abati

Operatives of the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) have arrested former media aide to former President Goodluck Jonathan, Reuben Abati.

He was arrested on Monday and he is being interrogated for allegedly receiving some money from former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki who is currently being tried for misappropriation of $2.1 billion arms procurement fund. ‎

Abati is expected to spend the night at the EFCC office.
